Asher is a first-generation college graduate. It was at Penn State (Class of '16) where he embraced personal development and leadership, and found his purpose in business through the world of entrepreneurship.

Asher dived into the real estate investing world in 2018 part-time, learning about creative financing and applying what he could in the real world. Nine months later, he finally acquired his first real estate investing deal, which only lasted a few months. Even through that experience, he knew he wanted to get into real estate full-time in the future. That opportunity came after losing his job in finance in the summer of 2019.

Asher pursued his real estate license for informational purposes only, which served as his ticket to getting a job offer as an Inside Sales Agent/Operations Support Coordinator in Washington DC in late 2019. For the next four years, he proved to be an incredible asset to real estate teams in the DMV area, bringing in millions of dollars in new business, building out streamlined operations, and helping other real estate operators perform at a high level. He currently serves as the Director of Operations for the jamesyDC team, powered by PLACE in Washington, DC.

Asher is also the founder of Carr Corp Enterprises, a consulting firm that specializes in real estate services, book publishing, and business consulting

Asher Carr is a first-generation college graduate with a passion for serving people through the world of real estate, and inspirational speaking. Growing up in the public school system, Asher overcame the limited beliefs placed on him, deeming him “slow”, compared to his cohorts. By high school, he achieved honors and gained leadership experience through multiple clubs and organizations. During his college career, Asher's success skyrocketed as a business major and he received multiple awards and accolades for his character, scholarship, student leadership, and citizenship. After graduating from Penn State in 2016, he started his career in financial operations before shifting to real estate operations in 2019. In his first year in real estate, Asher acted as the Client Engagement and Operations Coordinator for a team at Keller Williams Capital Properties, a top 1% real estate brokerage in Washington, DC. During his first year in real estate, Asher brought in millions in sales volume for his team. He is also a licensed Realtor in New Jersey, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Through real estate, Asher learned the art of “service before sales” under Keller Williams and continues to transform the lives of clients by meeting and exceeding their needs. As a speaker, he leverages his faith, and wisdom to spread optimism and passion for inspiring others to create their success stories through faith, family, and business.
