Prior to Marketing by Numbers, Don was the Co-Founder and CEO of Hatchbuck (now BenchmarkONE), a sales and marketing platform that combines CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation into one easy to use software package. The Hatchbuck software is used by thousands of business owners and marketing professionals to communicate with millions of prospects and customers each month. Hatchbuck merged with Benchmark Email in 2019 and now has over 150 employees globally.
Prior to Hatchbuck, Don was the Co-Founder and CEO of Sendouts, an applicant tracking software for third-party recruiters. Sendouts grew to serve thousands of recruiters and was acquired by Bullhorn and Vista Equity Partners in 2012.
