With 2020 coming to an end, we can now collectively look back at the tax highlights of the year. This program will give a quick review of the speaker’s sense of the 40 most important tax developments in the last 12 months (including a few that are quite humorous). Developments will be selected from those affecting individuals, retirement and estate plans, businesses, and procedure. They will include new laws, regulations, cases, and rulings.
